Summer camps have been held at "Dainava" since the
early 1960's when the Lithuanian Roman Catholic Federation of

Located in the Irish Hills of southern Michigan, Dainava boasts a
5-acre lake called "Spyglys" or Thorn Lake, a rolling topography and impressive
oak and pine forests. A natural ampitheater is the site of numerous evening bonfires
or "lauai". Campers live in either the girls or the boys barracks or in
the "White House". Off-season accomodations are limited to the heated
