Lithuanian novel on CD!

The LAC Cultural Affairs Council proudly presents �Pranyko, ir tiek,� a 2006 novel by Vytautas Volertas.
The action takes place between the two world wars,
when Lithuanians lived in a Lithuania that was a
sovereign state and then shows how people�s lives
were changed when Lithuania fell under Soviet occupation.

The text was recorded (in Lithuanian) by actor Juozas
Salkauskas in Vilnius, Lithuania. Listening time: 15� hours.

The CD would make an excellent present for people who listen to CDs on their commute or travels, for anyone who prefers listening to reading, and for anyone with failing eyesight.

The CD costs $30.00 and is available as:
1) A set of 13 CDs (15:30 hours)
or
2) One CD in an MP3 format that can be used
with an Ipod or played on a computer drive.
