By being of Lithuanian heritage, you already belong to the Lithuanian American Community.

LAC is the home for everyone of Lithuanian heritage, regardless of where they were born or how recently or how many generations ago their ancestors came to this country. Non-Lithuanian spouses belong to our Community also.

The Lithuanian American Community, Inc., (LAC) is the network that keeps us connected. We have 52 LAC chapters and Contact Persons in 14 localities that do not yet have enough Lithuanians to form a chapter.

Where there is no LAC chapter, enterprising Lithuanians are urged to organize a new one (get in touch with the LAC Executive Committee for guidance).
